Engel PreserveA short gentle hiking trail, from the Fallbrook Land Conservancy, located on the east side of Sumac Road about 1/2 mile south of Pala Mesa Drive.  A mixed habitat with panoramic views.
Gird Valley PreserveThe newest preserve of the Fallbrook Land Conservancy.  Consists of 47 acres overlooking the Monserate Winery along Gird Road.  The 1.1 mile trail, mostly up and down hill, is home to a variety of habitats and wildflowers.
Karen Tucker Preserve at Hellers BendLocated off S. Mission Road and managed by the Fallbrook Land Conservancy.  Consists of a one mile trail through riparian and live oak forest up a hill to coastal sage habitat.
Monserate Mountain PreserveThe most popular Fallbrook Land Conservancy Preserve open to the public.  A steep 1.5 mile trail leads to the summit with panoramic views.  Just east of HW 15 at the intersection of Stewart Canyon and Horse Creek Ranch Road.
Palomares House and Wildlife Sculpture GardenCollaboration between Fallbrook Land Conservancy and Art in Public Places.  Short walk around a beautiful garden, maintained by volunteers, centered around sculptures of our local wildlife.
