Fallbrook was number 1 in home sales in February

Fallbrook made news when it topped the other areas of San Diego county in home sales. This is chiefly because of the new homes built and sold in the CITRO development off of Old 395. (We were number 1 in the county in home sales last August as well.)

From Times of San Diego:

The San Diego County Board of Supervisors unanimously approved the project, then known as Meadowood, in January 2012. Ground was broken in April 2021 with model homes set to be unveiled by fall 2021.

(Bulldozer) Bill Horn represented District 5, before Jim Desmond. Fallbrook’s representative on the I-15 Corridor Design Review board was Tom Harrington, appointed by the Fallbrook Planning Group (father of Tom Harrington, currently serving on Fallbrook Planning Group and also Battalion Chief, North County Fire Protection District).
