Effective January 1, Fallbrook switched over to a new water supplier. I didn’t notice any difference, did you? In fact, there is NO DIFFERENCE — we’re getting water from the same source, through the same pipes, except that starting Jan 1, the average residential customer will see a 5% lower bill. Woo hoo!!
Noelle from FPUD also says: “Agricultural and commercial customers will also see a reduction. It will vary, depending on their usage and meter size.”
