If you’re not familiar with Steve Britschgi, he is an all around Renaissance man. Among one of his many talents is knife sharpening. My husband and I are big cooks and there’s nothing worse than dull knives in the kitchen. When I met Steve, he mentioned that he also sharpens knives and I told him I had a huge job for him!
He went above and beyond, as our knives are sharp, but they look brand new — not only did he sharpen them but he cleaned them up! They’re in beautiful condition!
